D2 Commerce OS is built and run by Mirav Labs in New Delhi. It started as the system behind a live D2C brand in Delhi NCR, where the hard problems were never the storefront. They were COD cash, riders and couriers, GST invoices for cancelled orders, and getting one set of numbers at the end of the day.
We give D2C brands a fast mobile store and checkout, and then run the work that usually needs five or six separate tools: COD collection tracked to the bank, couriers and in-house riders, failed-delivery follow-up, GST invoices and credit notes, WhatsApp order updates and reporting. Brands can use the whole platform or keep their Shopify or WooCommerce storefront and use only the parts they need.
The numbers on this site come from that live deployment: a repeat share of 25–68% of online orders depending on category, 62% of orders on COD with every rupee reconciled nightly, and five tools replaced by one.
