It runs the online store and checkout and everything after the order: payments including cash on delivery, shipping with couriers or your own riders, GST invoices and credit notes, WhatsApp order updates, inventory and reports, all on one system.

Do I need extra apps or plugins?

No. Cash on delivery confirmation, delivery, GST invoicing, WhatsApp updates and reports are built in.

Can I use it with my existing Shopify or WooCommerce store?

Yes. You can run the whole store on D2 Commerce OS, or keep your Shopify or WooCommerce storefront and use the delivery, COD, GST and reporting modules behind it.

How much does it cost?

The first 100 orders every month are free, then ₹10, ₹8 or ₹6 per order beyond 100 by monthly volume, with all features included. Starter setup is 100% free. No plan fee and no per-user fee.
