Do we have to leave WooCommerce?

No. Your WordPress site, theme and WooCommerce checkout stay as they are. D2 Commerce OS connects to the store, takes in orders as they are placed and runs what happens after checkout.

How does it connect to WooCommerce?

Our team connects your store during setup using WooCommerce's standard API. New orders flow in automatically, and cancellations and refunds are matched to the same order.

Will this add another plugin to slow our site down?

No heavy plugin. Delivery, COD, GST, WhatsApp and reports run on our hosted platform, not on your WordPress server, so your storefront stays as fast as it is today — and you can remove plugins that did those jobs.

Can we move off WooCommerce completely?

Yes. If plugin updates, hosting and security fixes are taking too much time, we can move your whole store onto D2 Commerce OS — catalogue, customers, orders and URL redirects — free.

Can we use just one module?

Yes. Start with the one that hurts most — usually COD tracking, delivery or GST — and add others later. You pay per order only for the modules you switch on.
