This policy covers this website (https://os.d2c.in), operated by
Mirav Labs ("we"). It explains what we collect when you
visit or request a walkthrough, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into the walkthrough form — name, brand, mobile number, and optionally
email, city, current cart, what you sell and your message.
- How you reached us — the page you submitted from, the referring site, and campaign tags
in the link you clicked (for example utm_source, or an ad click ID from Meta or Google).
- Technical data — your IP address when the form is submitted, and standard server logs.
- Site usage — anonymous visit data (pages viewed, how far you scroll, which buttons you
click, time on page) tied to a random ID stored in your browser, used only to improve this site.
- Advertising and analytics cookies — if enabled on this site, the Meta Pixel and Google
Analytics set cookies to measure which ads and pages lead to enquiries.
Why we use it
- To contact you about the walkthrough you asked for, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To understand which pages and ads bring enquiries, so we spend less showing ads to people who
won't find them useful.
We do not send newsletters from this form, and we do not sell or rent your details.
Who else sees it
- Our team, through an internal notification when a request arrives.
- Meta and Google, as measurement providers, if their tags are enabled — they receive
page-visit and conversion events under their own privacy policies.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to 24 months
after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or
erase the details you gave us, or withdraw consent for us to contact you. You can block
advertising cookies in your browser settings, or through Meta's and Google's ad preferences.
