Do we have to leave Shopify?

No. Your Shopify store, theme, checkout and apps stay exactly as they are. D2 Commerce OS connects to the store, takes in orders as they are placed and runs what happens after checkout.

How does it connect to our store?

Our team connects your Shopify store during setup. Orders flow in automatically; cancellations and refunds raised in Shopify are matched against the same order, and a nightly check flags anything that stops agreeing with Shopify.

Can we use just one module?

Yes. Start with the one that hurts most — usually COD tracking, delivery or GST — and add others later. You pay per order only for the modules you switch on.

Does it replace our existing Shopify apps?

Only where you want it to. Many brands drop separate invoicing, delivery-tracking and reporting apps once these run on one platform, but nothing has to be removed to get started.

Who sets it up, and do we need a developer?

We do, at no charge, and no developer is needed. We host and maintain it; your team only uses the screens.

What does it cost?
