Why COD parcels come back, what each return costs, and the fixes in order of impact.
Impulse orders the buyer no longer wants, wrong or incomplete addresses, buyers unreachable on delivery day, and couriers that mark a parcel undelivered after one attempt. Fake and duplicate orders add to it. Each return costs the forward leg, the return leg and sometimes a COD fee, with the stock tied up for two weeks.

The forward shipping leg, the return leg, often a COD fee, and the stock stuck in transit for one to two weeks.
